What you will do
Supporting global Facility Management Procurement projects and strategic initiatives Conducting market research, supplier analyses, and benchmarking activities to support sourcing decisions Assisting in tender preparation, bid evaluations, and supplier assessments Creating and maintaining procurement dashboards, reports, and performance analyses Supporting the development and implementation of global procurement standards, templates, and processes Collaborating with international stakeholders across Procurement, Real Estate, Facility Management, and other corporate functions
What you need
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Strong interest in strategic procurement, Facility Management, and international business operations Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical mindset and structured way of working Ability to work independently while being an effective team player in an international environment Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; German is considered a plus
