You will support us in testing the workflows and catalog items and other ITSM Processes
You will help us in Identifying, analyzing, and tracking defects and issues
Together with us you will align with Developers and Business Analysts on the identified defects and issues
You support us in automating testcases

You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a related technical subject in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and you have a strong interest in working with Automated Test Framework
You are at least for 6 months, ideally at least one year, available
You have some initial experience with ServiceNow or Automated Testing
You have very good English and good German skills
You have a strong interest in automation and testing activities
You are creative and well organized
You learn quickly and demonstrate teamwork, integration, and motivational skills
You work independently and, in a goal,-oriented manner
