What you will do

Support for our HR team in answering general employee inquiries.
Collaboration in the recruiting process, such as drafting job postings, coordinating interview schedules, and conducting initial screenings of application documents.
Guidance throughout the employee journey from entry to exit, including organizational preparation and support for onboarding new team members.
Assistance in daily HR operations, including master data maintenance in Personio, management of digital personnel files, administration of our absence management tool, and preparation of reference letters.

Studies in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or a comparable discipline with a focus on HR, ideally at the Master's level
Practical experience in HR or recruiting gained through previous internships or working student roles as a valuable plus
Personality characterized by empathy, strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, team spirit, and flexibility
Language skills at a fluent level in written and spoken German and English
