What you will do

Supporting and accompanying our working students and interns throughout their entire time at deltaVision
First point of contact for HR-related topics and support for employees and managers in day-to-day operations
Participation in operational People activities and continuous optimization of existing processes
Supporting and independently taking on People projects in a rapidly growing company
Actively shaping our corporate culture through events, employee initiatives and employer-branding activities
Working closely with employees and managers to create an outstanding employee experience
Contributing your own ideas and supporting the further development of our People structures as part of our continued growth

You are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management, business administration, business psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study
You are enthusiastic about modern human resources work and interested in getting to know the role of a People Business Partner
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
High level of trustworthiness and professional handling of confidential information
Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility
Interest in shaping processes, corporate culture and employee experience
Organizational talent and the ability to keep track of several topics in parallel
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
You feel comfortable in the digital world and are interested in using modern technologies and AI sensibly
