- Identify and research prospects and their decision-makers to build and enrich our lead lists
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn and book meetings for our sales managers
- Customize sales collateral and write compelling outreach that gets responses
- Track and analyze your outreach performance and continuously improve response rates
- Support the team with reporting, pipeline analysis and Salesforce hygiene
- Help identify bottlenecks in our sales process and suggest data-driven improvements
- Run smaller deals and inbound leads independently, from first call to live merchant
What you need
- Enrolled Bachelor’s or Master’s student (Business, Economics, Finance or similar)
- Available 20 hours per week (up to 40 during semester breaks)
- First experience in sales, business development or any role where you approached people
- Native German and very good English (C1), spoken and written
- Communicative and confident talking to people you don’t know
- Organized, curious and comfortable with deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Big plus: experience with Salesforce
