- End-to-end order staffing: Ensuring that the right Zenjobbers are booked onto the appropriate shifts.
- Screening and performance monitoring: Screening Zenjobbers and continuously monitoring their performance so that our customers get the best talent with the right job fit.
- Direct Zenjobber contact: Providing phone and written support to Zenjobbers as their central point of contact.
- Collaboration with the Operations Manager: Acting as the joint operational interface for delivery and quality for enterprise customers.
- Your daily stack: AirCall, Google Suite, Slack, plus tools we are currently building ourselves.
What you need
- You speak German at native level and have good English skills.
- You enjoy interacting with people and are communicative.
- You work thoroughly, in a solution-oriented and independent manner, and can quickly apply what you learn.
- You enjoy teamwork and working with different tools every day.
