Frequently asked
Short answers to the questions every serious sponsor asks.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
Within 24 to 48 hours on business days. First reply either moves us to a call or declines cleanly.
How does payment work?
100% upfront for first-time sponsors, 50/50 for repeat. Invoices are issued by Qogent Global LLP (our parent company), paid via SEPA or international wire in EUR. All rates exclude VAT. No in-product checkout, everything goes through email + a signed proposal.
Can we buy category exclusivity?
Not in v1. Category exclusivity is only available with a retainer of €3,000+/month.
Can we write the caption or script ourselves?
No. Editorial control stays with us, that is what you are paying for. You can share campaign goals, brand messaging, and must-include facts, and we will bake them into the creative.
Which brands do you accept sponsorships from?
We work with EU, UK, and North American brands that serve our international audience in Germany, plus select global brands targeting the expat-to-Germany pipeline. We politely decline inquiries that do not fit the audience or cannot meet the rate card.
How is sponsored content disclosed?
Instagram's native "Paid partnership" label + a first-line caption mention. Facebook uses the Branded Content tool + caption disclosure. This satisfies Germany UWG §5a and platform policy.
