- Bachelor's degree worth 210 ECTS credit points in psychology, business psychology, economics or a related subject, or
- Bachelor's degree worth at least 180 ECTS: You will make up the remaining 30 credit points as part of your Master's degree with us
- Requirements from the Bachelor's programme: At least 20 ECTS in the Bachelor's degree in basic psychological subjects (e.g. General Psychology, Social Psychology, Differential Psychology), 20 ECTS in empirical methodological subjects (e.g. Research Methods, Statistics, Diagnostics, Evaluation), 20 ECTS in business-related subjects (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Business Law) and 25 ECTS in Psychological Application Subjects (of which at least 12 ECTS in business psychology subjects) or proof of comparable or equivalent achievements; it is possible to catch up on credit points amounting to 30 ECTS during the Master's programme.
- Above-average degree (at least grade 2.5)
- Very good German language skills (CEFR Level: C1) for applicants without German as their mother tongue
- English level B2 or higher
