Specialization
In the fields of technical and mechanical engineering, four specialisations are offered at the four entry universities, i.e. the four partner universities located in the ESEE region. For the 2024 intake (with study periods from September 2024 to July 2026), the following documents of each candidate student are required to be submitted to the Programme Coordinator of the home university no later than Oct. 15, 2024:
-Certified copies* of the first academic degree (e.g. Bachelor certificate) including Transcripts of Records; certified or officially attested translations** of the above certificates into English.
-Proof of English language proficiency according to the above requirements.
-Current certificate of enrolment for the Master study programme at Home University (if necessary: certified translation** of the certificate into English).
-Copy of passport and one up-to-date passport-form photo.
Motivation letter (maximum one page); please briefly state the reasons why you wish to join the MSc. -ENTER programme. Please make reference to previous study and/or research experience in relevant subject fields at the Home University so far.
-If available, proof of professional training or work experience, internships or similar activities relevant to the study programme.

1. When all the required courses (min. 30 ECTS) for the first Master semester are taught and successfully completed in English at the Home University, the candidates with at least B2 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of References for Languages) scale can be accepted for admissions at the Host Universities.
1. When at least one required course for the first Master semester is not taught and competed in English at the Home University, the candidates need to submit an internationally recognised language certificate with the respective requirement as follows:

For up to 12 months of study-abroad periods in Finland and Germany, students can apply for Erasmus+ funding:
For Students from Erasmus+ partner countries (third countries not associated with the EU, e.g. Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ukraine) it comprises a monthly grant of 850 euros and a one-time travel allowance. In addition, students may receive a social top-up if eligible. This will be examined by the International Offices of the host universities.
Students from Erasmus+ programme countries (e.g. Slovakia, Hungary) apply for Erasmus+ funding with their home universities.
European (EEA and Swiss) 2023: €6,000/year
All others 2023: €12,000/year

The estimated total cost of the SINReM programme for self-funding students is approximately 39,000 euro for nationals of the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland, and 53,000 euro for all other nationalities.
The estimated total cost includes the programme participation cost, travel costs to/from/within Europe, and living costs of around 1,000 euro per month.
When applying for a student visa, you will have to prove your solvency (i.e. sufficient means of subsistence).
EIT AVSA scholarship holders also have to prove their solvency during the months before the first scholarship installment is received.
