If you wish to submit a confirmation of your language of instruction as proof of your English language proficiency, the confirmation has to be issued by an administrative unit of the university (e.g. Examination Office, Registrars Office, Deans Office) on official university paper and has to bear a seal and an original signature.
Students should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or electrical engineering (or a related subject). In addition, you will need to prove you have the following skills:
1\. A solid understanding of mathematics at an advanced level
2\. Knowledge of a modern programming language (e.g. C++, Java, Python, Fortran)
3\. Very good English language skills
What to prepare for your application to Biomedical Computing
1. Application with signature
2. Letter of justification - a written justification written by you for the choice of study program and for the choice of TU Munich as a university (max 2 pages) a tabular CV
3. an essay on a given topic (about 1000 words, see application page of the respective study program, not for MSc. CSE)
4. an official transcript of the previous study achievements; if necessary official translation if not available in German or English
5. the curriculum underlying the degree (module descriptions eg in the form of a module handbook or syllabus) (not for MSc. CSE)

12. Proof of your university degree (can be submitted later for enrollment)
13. Copy of your ID
14. Proof of student health insurance (only required for enrollment)
