What you need to apply for European Master's Degree in Plant Health in Sustainable Cropping Systems at University of Gottingen
Students applying for the PlantHealth Master Degree must have at least a level B2 in English (European Language Levels: CEFR – Europass). The different types of proof of such an achievement which are accepted are as follows:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS) — at least level 5,5
at least 520 credit points in the written Test of English as a Foreign Language (paper based TOEFL)
at least 190 credit points in the computerized Test of English as a Foreign Language (computer based TOEFL)
at least 70 credit points in the new internet based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE) — minimum grade B
Cambridge Advanced (CAE): minimum grade C
Official certificate of Level B2 according to the Common European Framework (CEF).

Candidates must fulfil the following admission requirements:
Awarded Bachelor of Science degree (180 ECTS) in Agronomy / Agricultural Sciences or related fields. 180 ECTS usually equal to a 3-year full-time undergraduate/bachelor degree, with at least 4 ECTS in Plant Health or Crop Protection, or equivalent.
Proof of English proficiency at the B2 level (CEFR) is required unless English is your native language. Alternatively, a letter from your university confirming that your bachelor's degree was fully taught in English will also be accepted.

Alternatively, if your BSc studies were conducted FULLY in English, a letter from your university stating that English was the medium of instruction for your academic studies will be accepted.
Proof of residence
The certificate proving your residence must be issued within 12 months prior to the submission deadline for the application.
You will need to submit only one of the following documents:
a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's municipality normal registration rules (usually issued by the town council, or one of its offices, to attest the citizens residence. It may receive the name of “city registration”, “census certificate” or others), or
a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.

NOTE 3: Applicants also have to state their preferred mobility scheme (the universities they want to attend, in accordance with the different options given by the PlantHealth Master’s degree). Please note that, while trying to respect your preferences, the PlantHealth Board will assign you an academic pathway subject to several factors (even distribution amongst partner Universities, academic profile, etc.) which may not necessarily be your preferred option.

-Selection and admission to the PlantHealth Master Programme is based on academic merit, following the evaluation criteria explained below:

PlantHealth has a policy of equal opportunities for women, and gender balance will be considered carefully.
80% of the scholarships shall be allocated to the best-evaluated candidates. These 80% of the scholarships shall be evenly distributed among regions whenever the quality of the candidate is guaranteed.
The remaining 20% of scholarships shall be allocated to students with special needs (refugees, disadvantaged situation, handicapped, low income) and shall also be used to promote gender balance if necessary. If these scholarships are not used (because of lack of applicants who give proof of their situation of disadvantage, gender balance achieved without these promotion measures, etc.) these scholarships will be re-allocated to regular applicants, increasing the initial 80% of the scholarships for these candidates.
