Analysis of future competence requirements for the use of artificial intelligence, AI agents and intelligent automation solutions in the company, differentiated by target groups such as managers, commercial departments such as purchasing, controlling, etc. and technical functions Design, implementation and evaluation of guideline-based expert interviews – internally with managers and experts from various company departments, supplemented by external experts from science, associations, further education and comparable companies Supplementary data analyses, e.g. evaluation of internal role, activity and qualification data as well as external sources such as job advertisements, competence taxonomies and relevant industry and research studies Development of a practical training and qualification concept as the practical part of the thesis – including learning formats, content and implementation recommendations

Advanced master's studies in social or economic sciences, business informatics, psychology, business education or a comparable degree programme One focus is sufficient: you either have a solid basis in personnel and competence development or in the field of artificial intelligence. For the other field, genuine interest and the willingness to familiarise yourself with it are enough – you will work out the connection between both perspectives with us Confident handling of empirical methods: conducting interviews and qualitative content analysis and/or quantitative evaluation procedures; knowledge of MAXQDA and/or SPSS, R, Stata Structured, independent working style and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way Confident demeanour and strong communication skills
