Internship Quality Management Suppliers

Recharging of quality costs to suppliers, assistance in researching and determining quality costs caused by suppliers including recalls, assistance in processing objections by suppliers and enforcing our claims, support of supplier complaint coordinators in registration and management of complaint-related documents, reports, cost estimates, credit notes, invoices, assistance in processing defect notifications, plausibility checks, dunning for open or insufficient responses and 8D reports related to defect notifications by suppliers, support in the change of the operational ERP system for supplier quality topics to SAP S/4 HANA, monthly reporting of inventory results from defect notifications and supplier cost recoveries

Business administration degree (Bachelor / Master / Diplom), affinity for numbers / costs, good German skills and basic English skills both written and spoken, good IT skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP knowledge an advantage), structured, purposeful and independent way of working, process-oriented thinking
