What you'll do
You will become part of our HR Talent & Performance Center of Excellence (CoE) and support us on a project basis in the strategic further development of our global HR talent, performance, and people development topics. You will work on conceptual questions, support international HR initiatives, and gain insights into the design of global HR frameworks. You will contribute to our global HR projects in the areas of Attraction & Acquisition, People Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management. You will assist in creating and preparing international HR concepts and HR standards. You will research global development, talent, and performance concepts and initiatives, analyze best practices, and prepare results for further use. You will support the creation of presentations, concept papers, and evaluations as well as the preparation of meetings and stakeholder communication.
What you need
As a full-time student (m/f/d) in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable course of study, you are enthusiastic about HR topics. You have already gained practical HR experience (e.g., working student position, internships), ideally in an international environment. You enjoy conceptual work, work in a structured and independent manner, and keep an overview even with complex topics. You like teamwork, enjoy interacting with people, and are proficient with digital tools. PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams are standard for you. Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
