What you'll do
You actively support us in the switch to digital invoice receipt. You take over the standardised and serial communication with suppliers by email. After your induction, you formally check incoming PDF invoices and forward them by email. With your commitment you help us to significantly reduce throughput times in financial processes and simultaneously contribute to the optimisation of existing processes. You work at least three fixed days per week with a scope of 20 hours, with flexible scheduling.
What you need
You are enrolled as a student of business administration, economics or business law. You have a high ability to concentrate and work carefully. You work independently, in a structured way and keep an overview even with more complex tasks. You have a strong affinity for IT – especially in dealing with AI tools and Microsoft Power Automate. You see questions and mistakes as an opportunity to learn and deal with them openly and constructively. Very good German skills and good English skills round off your profile.
