What you will do

  • Support with administrative order processing using SAP and Excel
  • Creation of process documentation for the Operational Management team
  • Close collaboration with Operational Management team members and relevant interface departments
  • Support with case processing, particularly data collection and KPI analysis
  • Contribution to transparent documentation and further development of existing processes

What you need

  • Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering or a comparable field, or a completed technical vocational training is an advantage
  • First experience in a production environment or comparable area is an advantage
  • Very good German skills and basic English skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills and high self-initiative
