Master's Thesis in Strategic Procurement - Direction for a New Business Segment (f/m/d)

Analyze key success factors for building strong business partner relationships in the context of nuclear decommissioning. Compare supply markets for nuclear and conventional decommissioning services. Explore how industrial standards can be applied to increase efficiency and enable cost reductions. Define boundary conditions, requirements and qualification criteria of potential suppliers and service providers within the nuclear D&D business (basis for an Approved Suppliers List (conventional suppliers) and Qualified Suppliers List (nuclear suppliers)). Identify national specific nuclear requirements and their possibility to transfer internationally within Europe. Identify specific suppliers for targeted goods and services (e.g. steel constructions, tool supply (special machine construction), site execution, D&D operation).

Currently enrolled as a Master's student in Business Administration, Economics or a related field. Strong analytical skills and quick familiarization with complex topics. Ideally knowledge about or experience in Procurement processes. Good Microsoft Excel skills, ideally first experience in creating evaluation models. Solution-oriented mindset with creative problem-solving abilities. Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills. Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken) required.
