- Independently handling inquiries from managers, employees and the wider HR team
- Supporting administrative and organizational tasks in personnel support
- Being responsible for checking leave days in accordance with the collective agreement for the entire Villingen site
- Supporting the annual performance reviews of our employees
- Participating in interviews with temporary employees and candidates for variable and permanent positions
- Supporting the planning and implementation of various events, such as anniversary celebrations
What you need
- Students in business administration, economics, sociology, business psychology or similar degree programs
- Initial professional experience in the form of internships or vocational training is an advantage, but not essential
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential for us
- Open personality and enjoyment of interacting with people
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Willingness to take on responsibility and an independent, flexible way of working
