Mandatory Internship - Quality Engineering & Claim Management

• Support claim management through 8D processing with SAP
• Support technical root-cause analysis in production processes
• Apply various problem-solving methods (Ishikawa, 5Why, A3, …)
• Validate measures and monitor their effectiveness
• Support production approvals for new product launches through APQP
• Validate manufacturing processes with regard to all quality requirements

• Ongoing studies in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, production / automation engineering or a comparable degree program
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Visual Basic is desirable
• Fluent German, spoken and written, is absolutely necessary for communication with production, team meetings and other plants
• Good written and spoken English is required for corporate communication
• Interest in quality management
• Willingness to work at least 85% of the time on-site at the Villingen-Schwenningen location
• Analytical thinking, results orientation and good communication skills
