Intern (gn*) Central Quality and Clinical Risk Management (ZQRM)

Versatile internship with the following topic complexes: Praise and complaint management, idea management, quality assurance, risk management. Practical deployment in the entire or selected topic area of QM. Independent assumption of tasks or a project. As well as the possibility of collaboration in various QM task areas, e.g. support and implementation of projects for process optimisation and interface management, preparation and conduct of internal and external audits, preparation and follow-up of structural inspections and further inspections by the medical service, support for measures to increase patient safety, document management, introduction to reporting: creation and design of evaluations, insights into complaint management communication, intensive supervision during the internship, collaboration in a motivated interdisciplinary team, support in topic finding and preparation of a thesis.

Students in the field of quality management, medical management, health management, nursing management or a comparable course of study. Interest and initial experience in the topics of quality management and/or clinical risk management. Basic knowledge of quality management is required. Confident handling of common MS Office products. Ideally good knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis. Friendly, courteous manner and enjoyment of teamwork. Reliability, sensitivity and communication skills. Sense of responsibility, independent and structured way of working. German language skills at C2 level or native speaker.
