What you will do

  • You will actively work in the investment team and gain insights into indirect real estate investments, from German special funds to international Private Equity Real Estate Funds.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings.
  • You will also take on research tasks and deal with economic and regulatory issues.
  • Furthermore, you will gain insights into investment reviews and contract negotiations for national and international real estate investments.

What you need

  • You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's semester and are among the top students of your year based on your grades.
  • Initial relevant professional experience and an interest in economic contexts and capital market topics are also desirable.
  • You have a quick grasp for familiarizing yourself with new topics and are proficient in using the MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint).
