What you will do
- Support of the Global HR Automotive Team along the entire Employee Life Cycle - from job interview to exit
- Collaboration in various HR projects (Women Mentoring, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Leadership, etc.)
- Support in the follow-up of the annual talent and succession planning
- Support with recruitment and placement topics for global key positions
- Analysis of HR data and creation of reports and statistics
What you need
- Student of Economics or Psychology with a focus on HR Management or a comparable degree program, preferably in an advanced semester
- Ideally, prior experience in HR at other large companies
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable work ethic and high degree of independence and initiative
- Very good organizational and communication skills
