Intern (m/f/d) Actuarial Life Insurance

As an intern in the Actuarial Life Insurance department at our Dortmund location, you will work in a collegial team of mathematicians and actuaries. You will support us in preparing actuarial calculations and conducting analyses for our life insurance companies. In parallel, you will go through a practical onboarding concept, where our employees will explain the technical fundamentals relevant to our daily work. This will give you insight into many different areas of life insurance, and you will be able to independently carry out initial tasks.

In our work area, we rely on agile methods, thereby promoting transparency and quick processes in our collaboration. In addition to a wide range of topics and the changes brought about by digitalization, the appeal lies in the technical and mathematical requirements with the following focuses:

• You are studying (Business) Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• You have an affinity for IT and programming and knowledge of Office applications
• You are characterized by an independent and goal-oriented way of working and you enjoy working together in a team
