Intern Recruiting / Employer Branding (m/f/d) Summer Semester 2027

Support in designing and implementing the recruiting process for Germany Participation in HR marketing activities within LEONI Employer Branding Support in managing our German social media channels for Instagram, LinkedIn and Kununu Organization and active participation in job interviews Creation and distribution of job postings Processing of travel expense reimbursements and other upstream/downstream processes Support in organizing and conducting internal and external events/trade fairs

Studies in business administration or comparable degree program, first practical experience in HR desirable, hands-on mentality as well as independent and structured way of working, proficient use of MS Office applications, very good German and English skills written and spoken, interest in creating content for social media and other internal/external communication media e.g. homepage, intranet.
