What you will do
- Collecting, checking, and processing real estate data using our CREM database "Planon"
- Supporting the recording and preparation of lease contract data according to IFRS 16 requirements
- Assisting with the creation of presentations and reports
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Communication with internal and external partners
What you need
- Current studies in real estate management, industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
- Interest in Corporate Real Estate and Portfolio Management
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Independent and structured way of working as well as teamwork skills
