What you will do

  • Support us in the analysis and interpretation of important HR data and key figures by creating appealing visualizations in PowerBI
  • Work closely with your team to improve the visibility and functionality of the recently introduced HR Analytics App, e.g., by creating communication materials
  • Conduct data analyses and evaluations to support the creation, optimization, and maintenance of our PowerBI dashboards
  • Support the rollout of new dashboards and actively shape communication strategies for go-live events
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and provide necessary key figures for the respective PowerBI dashboards
  • Make a significant contribution to our data projects by independently taking on work packages such as sorting data, testing programs, and KPI evaluations
  • Create presentation materials to promote knowledge sharing and user training regarding the target groups and functions of the dashboards

What you need

  • Studies in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Business Informatics, Human Resources, Marketing or Controlling, or a comparable field of study
  • Very good analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers and data
  • Proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in HR processes and agile work environments
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with PowerBI a great advantage
  • Familiarity with platforms such as SharePoint, Viva Engage and Jira is a plus
  • Dedicated and independent way of working as well as organizational talent
  • Strong communication skills and initiative as well as teamwork ability
