What you will do
- Participation in the Global HR BP E-Mobility Team in supporting the top management with HR matters
- Support in the creation and analysis of evaluations
- Assistance in the creation of management presentations and decision templates
- Collaboration in the development and implementation of projects in the global HR area
- Communication with stakeholders in an international context and participation in internal communication measures
What you need
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a comparable field of study
- Interest in the E-Mobility industry and global HR topics
- Very good German and English language skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Independent, structured and meticulous way of working
- High communication skills and social competence
