What you will do

  • Conceptual, coordinating, and administrative support in the global People Development & Succession Team (e.g., succession planning, career development, expert career paths, individual development programs)
  • Assistance with the independent planning, organization, support, and follow-up of workshops and events
  • Collaboration in the creation and conceptual preparation of engaging presentations and information materials for various target groups (e.g., board presentations)
  • Active participation in global meetings within the scope of projects & line tasks

What you need

  • Studies in business administration, human resource management, social sciences or a comparable field of study
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a high degree of independence and initiative
