What you will do

  • Support of technical project managers during the project lifecycle (from offer phase, automotive development process to series production start)
  • Support in the operational day-to-day business of the project manager and project support
  • Participation in process optimization / Continuous Improvement Process (KVP)
  • Support of the team and project leader in achieving the required A-Spice levels in the PEP
  • Creation of PEP-relevant documents, work instructions, and templates for the EE R&D department
  • Support of team and project leaders in creating project and team reports
  • Support of team leaders in preparing data for project and team control (budget, quality levels, reporting)
  • Participation in the implementation and maintenance of internal KPI reporting

What you need

  • Studies in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (VBA knowledge desirable)
  • Positive charisma, sociability, and communication talent
  • High degree of independence and initiative
  • Commitment, independent working style, strong organizational skills, and a high degree of structured thinking
