Studies: You can complete your internship in HR Recruiting with us with at least three successfully completed semesters of a business or social science degree.
Practical experience: You have already gained initial practical experience through internships and/or previous working student activities.
Microsoft Office: You have comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Outlook, and use them effectively in your daily work.
Interests: You are enthusiastic about digital innovations, artificial intelligence and other forward-looking technologies and recognize their potential for modern and efficient recruiting.
Language skills: You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
Communication skills: You have excellent communication skills and can convey complex digital concepts in an understandable way.
