In the daily operations of agile team development, you will support and take on smaller projects holistically
In the role of Scrum Master, you will accompany teams and receive full support from the Agile Master Community
You will provide impulses on how the organization can transparently present its performance in order to learn from it and continuously improve
Through your participation in projects, you will actively contribute to achieving the development organization of tomorrow

A degree in industrial engineering, STEM, human resources, business administration with a focus on human resource management/organizational development, or a comparable course of study forms your technical basis
Good knowledge of MS Office and AI-supported tools
In new tasks, you show a structured and independent way of working, analytical and conceptual skills, and a high degree of initiative
Very good German and good English skills in word and writing round off your language profile
Initial experience in organizational development is desirable, experience in the agile working world is an advantage

Mandatory internship or voluntary internship (also in gap year between bachelor and master)
