• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard and demonstrating the ability to deliver results
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Suggesting and testing solutions with the team to implement the most effective approaches
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with leaders, stakeholders, and delivery associates
• Moving around the building and interacting with different teams through pre-shift meetings, process meetings, and discussions with leadership and delivery associates
• Navigating the work area and moving between different areas
• Demonstrating flexibility with different working hours and shift patterns
• Potentially relocating to the designated work location

You are currently in your penultimate or final year of study and pursuing a university degree in supply chain, business/management, engineering, or a related field. You are eligible to complete a full-time internship lasting 3 to 6 months and have very good spoken and written English and knowledge of the local language of the country where you are applying at C1 level. Preferred qualifications include strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
