Internship in Logistics - Dortmund - Start 2027

Complete high-priority projects to the highest standard and demonstrate the ability to deliver results. Data analysis to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities. Propose and test solutions in collaboration with the team to implement the most effective approaches. Develop communication and teamwork skills through collaboration with leaders, stakeholders, and delivery associates. Move around the building to interact with various teams, including active knowledge gathering by participating in activities such as pre-shift meetings, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and delivery associates. Demonstrate flexibility with various work schedules and shift patterns as needed. Possible relocation to the designated work location.

Basic Qualifications: Currently in the penultimate or final year and on track for a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field. Eligible to complete a full-time internship of 3-6 months. Excellent spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1). Preferred Qualifications: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of effective collaboration with others. Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to embrace challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
