Define frameworks, guidelines and procedures for project control to ensure projects align with company goals
Define standardized project management templates, tools and techniques to promote consistency and efficiency across all projects
Support project managers in documenting end-to-end processes, the IT landscape and business requirements
Manage the project plan, and identify and steer stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Create project status reports, dashboards and other materials to inform stakeholders about progress, issues and milestones
Define quality standards and processes to ensure project results meet stakeholder expectations and organizational requirements
Work with key stakeholders, including managers, sponsors and project teams, to foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Current studies with a focus on (business) information systems, computer science, business administration or similar
First practical experience through working student jobs or internships desirable
Strong organizational skills and good time management
Preferably first experience with business process modeling tools (e.g. Signavio)
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German
Confident use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
