Support in implementing change initiatives, collecting feedback and monitoring progress

Current studies in communication, business administration, economics, (business) psychology, (project) management or similar
First insights into project and change management, instructional design and adult education theories are desirable
Analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as task management, prioritization and meeting deadlines
Ability to create appealing and clear communication materials for different target groups
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
