Because your tasks include, for example, developing content for new impulses from positive psychology, creating presentations, but also designing qualification measures and further developing a toolbox on Sharepoint. You are studying psychology and are interested in the field of positive psychology in a corporate context. Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience, e.g., in dealing with change processes. You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and a good feel for wording and successful communication. You are flexible, independent, and enjoy working in a team.
