With your passion for HR activities you want to support the Human Resources Board's staff team? Then you can contribute here:
Decision papers and committee meetings: You support the preparation of decision papers as well as the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings.
Strategic HR projects: In our current strategic HR projects you will be actively involved and work operationally.
Corporate communication and HR strategy: You support the alignment of corporate communication as well as the implementation of the HR strategy in the areas of Digitalization, HR Operations, Leadership & Development and Diversity & Culture.
Interface to HR teams: Furthermore you are the interface to the HR teams.
Analysis and research: You support the development of concepts as well as the elaboration of concept ideas and conduct analysis/research activities.

Studies: For an internship in the Human Resources Board team you need a degree with a business background and at least five completed semesters.
Professional experience: You have at least one qualified internship or a working student activity in a relevant professional field.
MS Office skills: A confident command of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
Way of working: Your independent and structured way of working as well as your analytical skills round off your qualifications.
Language skills: You have a command of German at level C1.
