What you'll do
- Working out individual legal questions that arise in an international measurement and communications technology company
- Supporting our lawyers (in-house counsel) with legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts in German and English in national and international business law
- Helping our technical departments with questions of business, contract, corporate and commercial law as part of our highly motivated team
What you need
- Law studies with particular interest in civil and business law, preferably 1st State Examination passed with distinction
- Ideally first work experience in a law firm or the legal department of an international company
- Good MS Office skills
- Responsible and results-oriented work combined with high reliability, commitment and flexibility
- Good written and spoken English, ideally acquired abroad
- Properly enrolled at university for the duration of employment
