Student Assistant - Electric Drives (Calculation of Electric Machines) (all genders)

Support of project work in electromagnetic and thermal calculation of electric motors; creation and further development of scripts for automated setup of electromagnetic FEM models of synchronous and asynchronous motors; familiarization with and application of FEM software ANSYS Electronics Desktop (Maxwell)

Enrollment in electrical engineering (energy technology) or comparable degree program; interest in electric drives and simulating and co-developing them with FEM; ideally knowledge of Python programming language and FEM software ANSYS (Maxwell); personal motivation, communication skills, reliability, teamwork, and independent working style; very good German skills and good English skills
