- Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstation PCs for researchers, doctors, and students (Windows, macOS)
- Processing IT tickets in 1st-level support, such as password resets and software installations
- Providing technical support at clinical and scientific events, such as consultations, research conferences, and workshops
- Entering and maintaining data in the IT department's specialist systems, such as inventories, documentation, and databases
- Supporting the inventory and documentation of IT equipment in research and clinical rooms
What you need
- You are enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, medical informatics, or a technical field
- You have basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, Office applications, and installing workstation systems
- You are reliable, independent, and solution-oriented
- You are interested in IT topics and curious about working in a scientific and clinical environment
- You speak and write fluent German, at least at C1 level
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and respectful, empathetic interaction with people complete your profile, especially important in a clinical environment
