- Participation in current research projects in the department
- Literature and data research as well as data analysis
What you need
- Studying economics, mathematical economics, data science or a related subject, from the fourth semester of a bachelor's degree or in a master's degree
- Interest in environmental, climate and energy economics
- Experience with or interest in mathematical and statistical software such as R, GAMS, Python, Julia and Stata
- Confident use of MS Office and, ideally, knowledge of LaTeX
- Ability to use AI tools purposefully and critically evaluate their results
- Willingness to work regularly on site at ZEW in Mannheim
- Good command of English
- Reliability, diligence and independent working
