Support in analyzing Sales and Commercial Operations processes and identifying efficiency potentials
Collaboration in building automations to reduce operational inefficiencies in Sales and Account Management (e.g. with n8n)
Support in integrating AI into commercial processes, e.g. lead generation or CRM workflows (Salesforce)
Collaboration in developing pragmatic workflows and rapid tests of new use cases using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
Support in connecting our tools and systems via APIs, webhooks, or no-code platforms
Close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, and Product & Engineering
Collaboration in testing, optimizing, and further developing working solutions

Strong interest in how Sales and Go-to-Market teams work
Structured thinking and pragmatic solution approach
Interest in AI, automation, and digital business processes
First practical experience with tools, automations, or digital workflows an advantage
Basic understanding of programming and fundamental web and API concepts desirable
Ongoing studies with a technical, digital, or business-related focus
German at native speaker level and good English skills
