Working Student Customer Care & Process Optimization (E-Commerce) (w/m/d)

Analyze and structure incoming customer inquiries for the ADAC toll portal, optimize and standardize customer care processes, create response templates and guidelines, prepare complex cases and initial solution proposals, maintain process documentation and knowledge bases, and collaborate with Product and Operations.

Currently studying, ideally in business, customer experience, e-commerce, business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field. Analytical and structured working style, enjoyment of direct customer communication, interest in digital products and processes, very good German skills, initiative, and strong execution.
