Contribute to initiatives and projects in organizational development, skill strategy and workforce transformation.
Support identifying and prioritizing skill needs within the organization.
Maintain participation data and support building a reporting framework for development measures.
Plan and coordinate delivery of global enablement programs, including session setup, registration management and participation data.
Contact person for trainers, participants and internal stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
Support creating communication materials (e.g. presentations, email newsletters, intranet pages).

Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Education or similar.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and Teams.
Confident with Excel, including structuring, cleaning and analyzing data.
Structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style with the ability to manage several tasks independently.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
Fluent English and German, written and spoken
