You help structure and further develop our knowledge and documentation landscape in SharePoint and Confluence.
You analyze existing content, identify optimization potential and ensure a clear and sustainable filing structure.
You maintain and structure tickets, backlogs and organizational work statuses.
You create and update documentation, guides and overviews for collaboration within the department and prepare information and results for different target groups.
You contribute to organizational and cross-department topics and independently take on smaller work packages.
In future you support research on technology-related and innovative topics and the preparation of professional and technical content for management, architecture and development teams.

You are studying (business) informatics, economics, business administration, information management or a comparable degree program.
You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams and the common Office applications.
Ideally, you already have first experience with Confluence, Jira or comparable collaboration and documentation platforms.
You are interested in organizational questions, knowledge management and modern technologies, and ideally have first exposure to current technology topics, for example AI-supported ways of working or modern software development processes.
You work independently, in a structured, careful and reliable way.
You have strong analytical ability and enjoy bringing order and transparency to complex topics.
