Manage order qualification and processing
Communicate about orders with customers, property valuation experts and internal teams
Record communications and activities in our systems and tools
Research and provide high quality support materials to prepare orders
Manage, monitor and finalise property valuation report orders

You must remain enrolled at a recognised higher education institution for at least one more year and state the institution in your application
Enrolled student, ideally in real estate management, business administration, economics or a similar subject
Confident and experienced use of MS Office or Google Workspace
Some administrative experience is an advantage
A basic interest in the property industry
German language skills at native speaker level (C2)
A good understanding of digital workflows and confidence with systems
Great care and accuracy when handling documents
An independent, organised approach to work and the ability to cope under pressure
Reliability and confidentiality when handling sensitive data
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Experience using AI tools effectively to improve productivity and solve problems
