- Problem solving: You support colleagues both in the office and in the stores with daily IT issues.
- IT Helpdesk: You respond quickly and efficiently to requests and calls for help via the IT helpdesk for the stores.
- Computer Setup: Install and configure new laptops according to company requirements.
- IT Security Review: You regularly review IT security, particularly with regard to passwords.
What you need
- You are studying computer science, business informatics, or a similar degree program.
- You have knowledge of IT software and hardware as well as experience in IT support.
- You have basic knowledge and experience in programming.
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- A strong security awareness and initiative are your strengths.
- Independence is one of your outstanding qualities.
