IT Compliance: You support us in the IT Compliance environment and participate along the entire process – from Change Management to adjacent Governance and control topics.
Quality Assurance: You ensure the quality of Change information: Completeness, traceability, consistency and formal correctness are the focus.
Process Compliance: You check whether Changes and projects are documented in a process-compliant manner and the relevant requirements are met.
Reporting: You support evaluations, reporting and overviews that serve as a basis for control, reviews and decision-making committees.
Overview & Trends: You gain a broad overview of current IT projects, new tools and technologies as well as trends – e.g. in the area of AI – from the business.
Collaboration: You work closely with the ITSM team, Change Managers and other stakeholders and gain insights into real IT decision-making and compliance processes.
Further Development: Depending on your interest, you contribute to the further development of processes, templates, control mechanisms or small automations.

Studies: You are an enrolled student, e.g. in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a comparable degree program.
Interests: You are interested in IT processes, IT Governance, IT Compliance or IT Service Management.
Work style: You work in a structured, conscientious and reliable manner and have a good eye for detail.
Task understanding: You have no fear of auditing, coordinating and documenting activities – and understand why these are crucial for stable IT operations.
Prior knowledge: First touchpoints with ITSM, ITIL, Compliance or Governance topics are a plus, but not a must.
Language skills: You have very good German skills and good English skills.
Personality: You are curious, eager to learn and have the desire to be part of a dynamic and collegial team.
