What you'll do
- You support our finance team in checking and processing incoming invoices.
- You support the preparation and execution of payment runs.
- You support the reconciliation of supplier accounts.
- You handle supplier inquiries and help clarify invoice and payment questions, working with internal departments and external business partners.
What you need
- You study economics or a comparable degree with a focus on business and economics.
- You are confident using MS Office products.
- You have very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
- You are interested in getting to know accounting and bookkeeping better.
- You work in a structured and careful way.
- You are a team player and very willing to learn.
