You help develop the Supply Chain training program and its content
You independently carry out reports and analyses on key figures of the Supply Chain organization
You support communication in the group-wide Supply Chain, e.g. through intranet posts
You support defined organizational and process topics of the Supply Chain, e.g. supplier management
You assist with the technical roll-out and introduction of new digital solutions, e.g. by coordinating training, documentation or videos

You are an enrolled student in business/economics, HR management or (work and organizational) psychology and have already gained first relevant experience in development, training design and organization in previous internships/working student jobs
Understanding of Supply Chain organization topics is desirable
You work in a structured and independent way, have analytical thinking and are confident when dealing with other people
You are skilled in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word) and ideally have experience with Power BI
You speak German at native level and fluent English
